Patricia Warfield - Painter:
Patricia has been a practicing professional artist since 1962. Recent projects include a 27' Pastel Mural of the Rodeo at Jackson Hole, Wyoming; 135 Drawings documenting the 'Trial of the Century’ of O.J. Simpson; Large-scale Paintings of Cigars and Animal Trophy Heads; a Scarecrow Series including 8 Paintings; a 7’ Black Macramé Crow Sculpture; a ‘9/ 11’ Series including 3 finished Paintings, and I’m currently working on the 4th of 5 Paintings in a “Tragedies of War” Series.
EDUCATION /PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Silvermine College of Art, Norwalk, CT; Associate of Fine Arts Degree, (Full scholarship program), including studies with Ruben Nakian, Gabor Peterdi, Clive Gray and Boris Margo / Instructor of Painting, Drawing, Print-Making and Ceramics at the Silvermine Guild of Artists, Norwalk, CT for 26 years; Wooster Art Center, Wooster, MA for 10 years; and Warfield Art Studio, Stonington, CT for 7 years; Member of National Arts Club of New York
