School Programs

SCHOOL FIELD TRIPS

Guided school field trips at Audubon Greenwich emphasize student participation, first-hand experiences in the field, and inquiry-based learning methods. Programs are coordinated with local curriculum objectives and the National Science Education Standards. We offer short programs and extended day programs, which include an after-lunch workshop. Details about extended programs are also included in the program descriptions found in the Field Studies Brochure available below.

School programs are offered year around, Monday through Friday, with classes beginning at 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM.

Cost (per student):

  • 1 hour (pre-K and K only): $3.00/student, $45 minimum fee
  • 1.5 hours: $4.50/student, $68 minimum fee
  • 2 hours: $6.00/student, $90 minimum fee
  • 3 hours: $9.00/student, $135 minimum fee
  • 4 hours: $12.00/student, $180 minimum fee

To register for a visit with your class, please contact the School Program Registrar, at 203-869-5272 x235. If you are connected to voicemail, please leave a detailed message with information about the number of students, grade level, the subject you are requesting, a daytime phone number and the best time to reach you.
