Join Quaker Ridge Hawk Watchers for a slide show presentation on the results of this year's hawk watch season. An average of 10-20,000 migrating hawks, eagles, and falcons are seen over Greenwich Audubon Center each fall and our hawk watchers submit daily totals of hawks to ornithologists who are able to observe trends in raptor populations. Come learn how many of each raptor species we saw this season and how their numbers compare to past years.
Refreshments will be served at 6 p.m. followed by the slide show presentation at 6:30 p.m.
- Ages 6 & up are welcome
- RSVP is requested
