Family Yoga

March 29, 2020 - Greenwich, CT

**Because large gatherings increase the risk of spreading COVID-19, Greenwich Audubon Center has decided to cancel this program and all indoor programs for the remainder of March. Our trails will remain open, but facilities will not be available. For more information, please read our Center Director's official letter to our community here.**

Have fun connecting with your family through nature and yoga! Join yoga instructor Brittani Kelly (BK) for Family Yoga sessions every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

These unique sessions will bring attention to what is happening in nature around us, while we develop techniques in yoga and wellness. We will learn ways to support our health while we bring awareness to the health of the environment.

These yoga sessions will be offered throughout the year, using both indoor and outdoor spaces. You may attend any number of sessions. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, but we will also have mats available to borrow.

  • Intended for all ages, experiences levels, and abilities
  • Admission: $5 Children, $10 Adults
  • Pre-registration RSVP is requested
  • Please check-in at our center front desk upon arrival

Greenwich Audubon Center is a vibrant nature education center located at the main 285-acre Audubon sanctuary in Greenwich. We are a part of the Audubon Connecticut state office of the National Audubon Society and Atlantic Flyway, and steward a total of seven sanctuaries in the Greenwich area. Our mission is to protect birds and the places they need, today and tomorrow. Visitors are welcome to enjoy our miles of trails, nature programs, education resources, conservation-themed events, and nature store throughout the year.

We support a diverse and inclusive environment, and welcome individuals of all races, physical and mental abilities, sexual orientations, gender identities, ethnicities, and perspectives. We work with families to modify programs for accessibility where possible.
