ABOUT THE HONOREE

Eunice's journey with Audubon began in 2005 when she attended green building and landscape management programs at the Greenwich Audubon Center. She joined the Audubon Connecticut board in 2009 and contributed to the development of Connecticut’s "Audubon at Home" program in 2010. Eunice was initially not a birder, but being surrounded by deeply committed birders ignited in her an appreciation—and eventually a passion—for birds.

Eunice now focuses on "Plants for Birds," combining her love of birds and gardening. Most recently, her commitment to planting natives led to securing a Garden Club of America grant for a revegetation project at the Greenwich Center.

For her unwavering dedication to conservation and community building, we are delighted to celebrate Eunice at Audubon’s 2025 Environmental Leadership Awards Benefit!
